This 2-star budget-style hotel is centrally located in Bayswater area, near Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park and with excellent transport links nearby. Very basic accommodation suitable for budget travellers, but good-value regarding its convenient location for sightseeing, shopping and transport.

The hotel is centrally located in Bayswater in a green residential square and only 5-min walk from Kensington Gardens. It lies very close to Paddington station (1 stop by tube from Bayswater or a few stops by bus) which has direct train connections to Heathrow airport. There are 2 tube stations in the proximity (Bayswater - nearest & Queensway) giving access to 3 different lines. The surrounding area is full of restaurant and shops including a large shopping centre Whiteleys. A public health centre - Porchester Centre - with gym and a large swimming pool is a short walk from the hotel. The main shopping area - Oxford Street - is only a couple of tube or bus stops away.

Rooms
Both rooms and bathrooms are generally small in size. Rooms have very basic and old-fashioned decor. Bathroom fittings are also in need of some renovation. Some rooms overlook the residential square garden.
